这个可以带上飞机吗？
（×）can i bring the baggage on the plane?
“我可以带这儿的行李上飞机吗？”baggage作“行李”这个意思说明时，泛指各类行李，如大皮箱、手提包、小包裹和衣箱等。假定你要特别指出是具体哪一种行李，这个单词并不适用，而要用suitcase“手提行李箱”（在英国也用case这个单词标明），trunk“衣箱”，bag“旅行袋”等具体的单词指出它们的品种。
（√）can i take this suitcase on the plane?
要表达“带上飞机”不必bring而用take。take与bring的首要差异是：take是把东西由自个地址的场所拿到其他的场所，可译为“拿去”；而bring则是把东西从其他场所拿到自个地址的场所，可译为“拿来”。两者的联络很像go和come。
这班班机准点起飞吗？
（×）will the flight leave on schedule?
这句话有“你可以打包票这班班机缘准点起飞吗？”这样的意思。听起来如同在约好一件事相同，假定你真的这样问，作业人员可以会一时不晓得

该如何答复，而吐出：i think so, but i can’t promise.（我想大约会准点起飞，但我不敢保证。）这样一句话吧。
（√）is the flight expected to leave on schedule?
可以翻译为：“这班班机缘准时启航吗？”或许“这班班机看起来能准点起飞吗？”
