成都会域面积1.43万平方千米，辖20个区（市）县和天府新区成都直管区、成都东部新区、成都高新区，常住生齿2093.8万人，办事生齿2233.6万人，中间城区常住生齿达1541.94万人、占全市常住生齿的比重达73.6%，近10年常住生齿增长581.89万人、中间城区常住生齿增长552.55万，辐射四川省8300万生齿、西部地域3.5亿生齿构成的壮大市场。2020年，全市地域出产总值1.77万亿元、列天下都会第7位。
The city covers an area of 14,300 square kilometres and has jurisdiction over Sichuan Tianfu New Area, Chengdu Eastern New Area, Chengdu High-tech Zone and other 20 districts (cities) and counties. It has a permanent population of 20.938 million and a service population of 22.336 million. In 2020, Chengdu’s GDP registered 1.77 trillion yuan, ranking 7th among all cities in China.
