金融打点部分再次联合约谈蚂蚁集团 “约谈”用英语怎么说

4月12日，央行、银保监会、证监会、外汇局等金融打点部分再次联合约谈蚂蚁集团。

“约谈（regulatory talk）”作为行政法律办法（administrative law enforcement），是承担经济社会有关领域监督打点责任的行政法律机关（supervisory and administrative organs），关于呈现的疑问，在事前约好的时刻、地址与作为当事人的公民、法人或许其他组织进行交流交流，以警示、劝诫（warning or admonishment）等方法，敦促其遵纪遵法（urge law-abidingness），引导当事人采纳自愿的作为或许不作为，尽量避免违法疑问发生或许扩展，维护公共利益（safeguard public interest）。

After the previous talks with regulators in December last year, Ant Group has set up a special task force to map a rectification plan under the guidance of the financial authorities and to actively carry out the rectification work.自上一年12月份四部分联合监管约谈以来，蚂蚁集团树立专门团队，在金融打点部分辅导下拟定整改方案，活泼打开整改作业。

蚂蚁集团整改作业建议以来，金融打点部分就整改办法与蚂蚁集团进行了深化交流，并敦促蚂蚁集团构成了全部可行的整改方案。整改内容首要包括五个方面：

一是纠正付出事务不合理竞赛行为

二是打破信息独占

三是蚂蚁集团全体申设为金融控股公司

Ant Group as a whole will apply to become a financial holding company, and all its institutions engaged in financial businesses will be included in the financial holding company and be regulated.蚂蚁集团全体申设为金融控股公司，一切从事金融活动的机构悉数归入金融控股公司承受监管。

四是严肃实施审慎监管需求

The company should strictly implement the requirements of prudent regulation, improve corporate governance, and rectify non-compliant lending, insurance, wealth management and other financial activities, and curb high leverage and risk contagion.严肃实施审慎监

管需求，完善公司打点，细心整改违规信贷、稳妥、理财等金融活动，控制高杠杆和风险感染。

五是管控重要基金产品活动性风险

The company should manage liquidity risks of important fund products and actively reduce the balance of its money market fund Yu'EBao.管控重要基金产品活动性风险，主动压降余额宝余额。

金融打点部分将自始自终地坚持“两个毫不不坚决”（毫不不坚决安靖和打开公有制经济，毫不不坚决鼓舞、撑持、引导非公有制经济打开，work unswervingly to both consolidate and develop the public sector and encourage, support, and guide the development of the non-public sector），营建公正竞赛商场环境（level the playing field for market entities），持续撑持民营本钱依法打开金融科技活动，依法维护产权，宏扬公司家精力（promote entrepreneurship），激起民营本钱的商场活力和科技立异才能。
